ClearLift
ClearLift Treatment
Skin ageing is not a single process. Collagen loss, pigmentary unevenness, surface texture changes, and structural laxity occur at different depths and at different rates. A treatment that addresses only one dimension addresses only part of the concern. ClearLift is designed for the full picture.
The technology uses a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser to deliver short, powerful bursts of light energy in a fractional pattern that bypasses the outer layer of the skin entirely. Energy reaches beneath the surface, targeting the deeper dermal layers where collagen is produced and pigment is distributed. The result is collagen remodelling, pigment reduction, and progressive skin tightening, without any ablation of the skin surface. There is no peeling, no redness beyond a few hours, and no interruption to daily life.
At AAYNA, ClearLift is delivered as part of a considered treatment plan. For skin laxity, it is often combined with Thermage or fillers. For pigmentation and texture, it complements chemical peels and brightening treatments.

Steps of ClearLift
Skin Assessment
Your specialist evaluates the skin's current condition: depth of pigmentation, degree of laxity, texture, and tone. The treatment plan and number of passes are determined accordingly.
Cleanse and Prepare
The treatment area is cleansed thoroughly. No topical anaesthetic is required for most clients, as the non-ablative delivery is well-tolerated.
Laser Treatment
The ClearLift handpiece moves across the skin in a systematic pattern. Each pulse delivers focused laser energy beneath the skin surface. The sensation is a mild warmth or brief snapping feeling, consistently tolerable throughout.
Pigment and Collagen Pass
Where pigmentation is a primary concern, a targeted pass addresses those areas specifically. The fractional pattern ensures surrounding skin is unaffected.
Calm and Protect
A soothing serum and SPF are applied to close the session. Mild redness typically resolves within two to four hours.

ClearLift FAQs
What skin concerns does ClearLift address?
ClearLift is effective for fine lines and wrinkles, nasolabial folds, uneven skin tone, patchy pigmentation, enlarged pores, and mild to moderate skin laxity. It is one of the few laser treatments that addresses loose skin and lines on the neck effectively.
How many sessions are needed?
Three to six sessions spaced two to four weeks apart is the standard protocol for most concerns. Pigmentation typically responds within three to four sessions. Collagen remodelling and laxity improvement continue to develop between sessions and beyond the final one.
Is there any downtime?
None. Mild redness resolves within a few hours of the session. Clients may resume all regular activity, including makeup, the same day.
Is ClearLift suitable for darker skin tones?
Yes. The non-ablative, fractional delivery of the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser makes it well-suited to Indian and darker skin tones, where ablative lasers carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Can ClearLift treat active acne?
ClearLift is most effective for post-acne pigmentation and skin texture. For active acne, ClearSkin—the companion technology—is the more appropriate treatment, as it specifically addresses sebaceous activity and active inflammation.
How does ClearLift compare to ablative laser resurfacing?
Ablative resurfacing removes the outer layer of the skin and produces a more dramatic single-session result, but with significant downtime and recovery. ClearLift delivers progressive improvement over multiple sessions with none of the downtime. For clients who cannot accommodate recovery time, ClearLift is the more practical and equally effective long-term approach.
