These terms govern your use of the AAYNA Clinic website and services. By accessing our platforms or visiting our four flagship locations, you agree to be bound by the protocols of Dr. Simal Soin Skincare Pvt. Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing our digital platforms or booking a consultation at any AAYNA location (SDA, Khan Market, Gurgaon, or Ludhiana), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Medical Nature of Services

AAYNA is a medical-aesthetic facility. Unlike standard beauty salons, our treatments are clinical in nature and governed by the following:

Mandatory Consultations: All treatments are preceded by a consultation with a verified doctor or specialist to assess suitability.
Result Variation: You acknowledge that aesthetic outcomes are subjective and depend on individual biological factors (age, skin type, lifestyle). AAYNA does not guarantee specific results.
Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate medical history. AAYNA is not liable for complications arising from withheld information.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To maintain our 30-year standard of excellence and respect the time of our multidisciplinary team:

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the forfeiture of that session from your pre-paid package.

Payments, Refunds & Transfers

In alignment with our official Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable: All payments for treatments, packages, and products are strictly non-refundable.
Validity: Packages must be utilized within the specified timeframe mentioned at the time of purchase.
Transferability: While non-refundable, treatment balances may be transferred to an immediate family member, subject to a new medical consultation and management approval.

Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The content on this website, including but not limited to the AAYNA logo, Dr. Simal Soin’s likeness, clinical “Before & After” photography, and proprietary treatment names, is the exclusive property of Dr. Simal Soin Skincare Pvt. Ltd.

Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our media kit, blog content, or clinical assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

AAYNA Clinic and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

A client’s failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.
Inaccurate information provided by the client during the digital or in-person intake process.
Technical interruptions on our digital platforms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
